As advertised

Adding these two gear dryers to my vacation rental for guests has been a game changer. Truckee Glass House

After installing our unit, we found that it would not turn on. Called GearDryer who walked us through the most common issues. It turns out we needed a new control panel. They offered us to send a replacement and we could return ours or send us the part. It did not sound difficult to replace, which we chose and the part was sent quickly and my husband replaced it. The boot dryer is working now.

Great customer service

The product has been great, everything came packaged nicely and it was easy to put together. I think the real highlight is the customer serivce. I had decided to try to do the base stand without reading the manual and Mike was kind enough to send me the instructions and talk everything through with me. The quick responses and friendly service are more important in the long run, and I have been left impressed by them.

This gear drying works unbelievably well when it comes to drying firefighting boots and gloves. With one cycle, the boots and gloves are dry!!!!!

Very sleek and sturdy design, simple to operate and works beautifully. Had all 24 outlets occupied over Xmas and boots were dry and just warm enough to start the day. Outstanding customer service. I recommend vividly.

The compact size and 12 volt power is perfect for my expedition RV trailer. Dry boots is such a nice thing when off grid.

Fantastic birthday gift for my ice hockey loving husband!

I needed additional parts for (2) Wall Mount 12 + Helmet Holder systems and GearDryer was fantastic, quick response time and got parts to me ASAP. Love the product and big kudos to Mike in Customer Service!

Very easy to install. Sleek look. Customizable. Here's to it lasting!

Well worth the coin! Super impressed by this product and manufacturer! Exceptional customer service, rocket shipping, fair value, and product delivers all that it advertises and more. Provides year-round ski storage on top of just being a drying mechanism while looking good to boot. Will def be buying more of these for our rentals and cannot recommend highly enough. This dryer will not disappoint! Don’t waste any more time laying out your boots etc cluttering up your living area! Invest in this unit today and have a dedicated place for your boots to rest even in the off season. Satisfied doesn’t do this product or company justice!

The gear dryer is easy to use and install. The best part is the customer service is excellent. There was an issue with our first Gear Dryer but Mike replaced it very quickly. Our new one runs perfectly!

Ease of install is second only to the Value of the function !
Yes, twice as nice because I bought 2 of the 24s for this home
giving plenty of space for all guests to have dry boots as well
as helmets & gloves. Love it !

The unit arrived within 2 days of ordering and I was very impressed. The dryer is constructed of steel and is very sturdy. The install is super easy, only requiring two screws into studs. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.
